Shiny Iris is a French-Congolese singer and artist from the south of France between Nice and Marseille. She started her career by playing on stage with groups and musicians from the PACA region. She sang at in Cannes (piano style, voice), in Italy, Biot, at the 6Mic in Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, and various places in Nice and in the hinterland of Nice. For the last 10 years, she has settled in Marseille where she wrote and composed the first drafts of her songs on guitar for her EP which will be released soon. Then, she joined forces with talented composers in Marseille, Paris and the Netherlands and this collaboration has been very fruitful.

She started the first recordings of her Ep in Nice at the studio Cv Recordz, then she entrusted her project to the studio Sodasound in Paris for the finalization of her mini album. Her ep is eclectic. It includes pop, afro, reggae, zouk, calypso, r’n’b and gospel songs in French, English and Lingala, her native language. The themes of her songs are about love, mental health, disability, her mother, her faith in God and all her experiences.

She had already released more club songs in 2009 with Dj Elias B like “Do things right“, “Beyrouth“, “Afrika” or with the artist Oncle C with the song “Croire en ses rêves“. In parallel, she is also a blogger for various blogs like She worked as a host at Radio Galère. She will be the future ambassador of the online store Original Ethnik specialized in ethnic jewelry and fashion.


While waiting for her first Ep “Porte-moi” which is coming soon, she is going to release this autumn a single of 2 titles “Amour” and “Mama” which will be soon available on all the streaming platforms.
